I’m a dad of two and a nurse who’s spent the past five years in the emergency department.
Working in health care has taught me that behind every patient is a family trying their best, just like my own.Â
My goal is to help parents and caregivers through providing them with evidence based information, so that it may foster better health outcomes for their children.
I’ve learned how powerful it is when people have the right information at the right time.
That’s really what NewBlessings is about. Knowing changes everything.

MY STORY
I didn’t step into healthcare until I was 25. At first, I planned to become a dentist, but as life shifted and my family grew, I needed a path that could both support them and still foster my path for helping people. That path was nursing.
In nursing school, I found a deep passion for the science of caring. Everything from child development and nutrition to emergency and critical care. I went on to work in Level 1 trauma centers, standing alongside physicians and nurses who save lives every day. It was humbling, and it changed me.
In 2024, something clicked. Working in a smaller emergency department, I started seeing more and more parents rushing in — some for serious emergencies, others for things that could have been managed safely at home with the right information. Each parent had one thing in common: fear. And every time I asked, “Don't you wish there was education for this?” the answer was always the same — “Yes.”
That’s why I started NewBlessings. Thats my story.
