PRIVACY POLICY
NewBlessings LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (the "Company") knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy. By visiting the www.newblessings.com website and domain name, and any other linked pages, features, content and/or application services offered from time to time by the Company in connection therewith (collectively, the "Site"), or using any of the Company's services or applications, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy.
The terms "we", "us", "our" and similar terms refer to the Company. The terms "you", "your", and similar terms refer to each user of our Site.
- What does this Privacy Policy cover? This Privacy Policy covers the Company's treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") that the Company gathers when you access the Site and when you use the Company's services and/or applications. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that the Company does not own or control, or to individuals that the Company does not employ or manage.
- What personal information does the Company collect? The information we gather from users enables us to personalize and improve our services and applications. We collect the following types of information from users:
- Identifiers. The types of Personal Information collected include your full name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, credit card and/or other payment information, IP address, browser information, username, password and any other information necessary for us to provide our services and/or applications. The Personal Information you provide is used for such purposes as answering questions, sending product updates, and communicating with you about Company's applications, products and services, including specials and new features, and registering for other Company websites.
- Usage Data. We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our Site or use our services or applications ("Usage Data"). The Company automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested. Generally, our service automatically collects usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our Site and its components. The Company only uses this data in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure, and not in a manner that would identify you personally. This type of aggregate data enables us to figure out how often customers use parts of the Site, applications and/or services so that we can make the Site appealing to as many customers as possible and improve those services and applications. As part of this use of information, we may provide aggregate information to our partners about how our customers, collectively, use our Site, applications or services. We share this type of statistical data so that our partners also understand how often people use the Website, applications or services, so that they, too, may provide you with an optimal online experience. Again, the Company never discloses aggregate information to a partner in a manner that would identify you personally.
- Cookie Policy. We may use cookies to collect information as you navigate the Site. The term "cookie" means alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our Site are visited and by how many people. We use cookies to enhance visitors' experiences, to learn more about their use of the Website and to improve quality.
- Cookie Categories. Cookies on the Site can be categorized as follows:
- Required cookies are necessary to enable the basic features of the Site to function. The Company uses some cookies that are required for the delivery of services on the Site. Cookies that are required allow us to maintain and improve the safety and security of the Site, authenticate account users, allow you to access your private account on the Site, allow you to sign into different portions of our websites with the use of only one login, balance the traffic on our websites, and remember items in your shopping cart. Cookies that are required are not used for marketing purposes.
- Functional cookies allow us to analyze your use of the website to evaluate and improve our performance. The Company also uses functional cookies to improve services to you, such as by gaining a better understanding of your interests and requirements regarding the Site, our business or our products and services.
- Advertisements appearing on the Site may be delivered to users by our advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by the Company and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.
- Manage Preferences. If you do not want your information to be stored by cookies, you can manage your cookie preferences by using the options and tools made available to you by either your web browser or the Company (i.e., CookieYes). Most browsers have an option for turning off the cookie feature, which will prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, as well as (depending on the sophistication of your browser software) allowing you to decide on acceptance of each new cookie in a variety of ways. We strongly recommend that you leave the cookies activated, however, because cookies enable you to take advantage of some of our Site's most attractive features.
- Geolocation Data. Personal Information may include physical location or device location.
- Will the Company share any of the personal information it receives? We may use Usage Data for any purpose, such as analyzing, repairing, maintaining or modifying our Site. We may provide Usage Data to our affiliates and to third-party vendors and service providers that assist us with the operation and maintenance of this site. - How will we respond to a "Do Not Track" request? Some Web browsers provide a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites that you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Each browser communicates "Do Not Track" signals to websites differently, making it unworkable to honor each and every request correctly. In order to avoid any communication error between browsers and website, we do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals at this time. As the technology and communication between browser and website improves, we will reevaluate the ability to honor "Do Not Track" signals and may make changes to our policy.

This Site is a general audience site intended only for users at least 18 years old. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Code § 1798.83, also known as the "Shine the Light" law, users who are California residents may request and obtain from us information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

Once we receive your request, we will stop selling or sharing your personal information, unless you later provide explicit authorization. We will wait at least 12 months before asking you to reauthorize the sale or sharing of your personal information. We will respect your decision to opt-out for at least 12 months before requesting reauthorization.
